Which offering is right for me?
The quickest way to find out is the two-minute Growth Quiz, which points you to the right next step based on where you are right now. As a rule of thumb, the Eight Moments journal is the daily foundation anyone can start with today, Mindset Groups adds a live cohort and a matched accountability partner for an eight-week goal, and the 1:1 Accelerator layers private coaching with Heba on top of that cohort.
How do the journal, Mindset Groups, and the 1:1 Accelerator fit together?
They are built to work as one ecosystem rather than as three separate products. Eight Moments is the daily practice underneath everything. Mindset Groups is the container that turns that practice into real momentum, with a group, a matched partner, and a clear structure. The 1:1 Accelerator is for members who want Heba's individual attention on their specific goal. You can start anywhere, and each one makes the others work better.
Do I have to book a call to get started?
No. You can buy the journal on Amazon and enroll in a cohort directly whenever you are ready. The free call is there as a backup if you would like to talk through fit or timing first, and it is genuinely a conversation rather than a sales pitch.

Payments & the guarantee

How do payments work?
The Eight Moments journal is sold through Amazon, so it ships and checks out there. Mindset Groups and the 1:1 Accelerator are handled through secure Stripe checkout. Each cohort is a one-time payment, with no subscription and no auto-renewal.
Is there a money-back guarantee?
Yes. Both Mindset Groups and the 1:1 Accelerator come with a 14-day money-back guarantee, counted from your cohort's start date. If you attend your first session, keep up your daily Eight Moments practice, genuinely engage with your accountability partner, and it still isn't the right fit, reach out within those first 14 days and we'll refund you in full. The only ask is that you give it a real try, because growth takes participation, and the guarantee is here so the only risk you're taking is showing up for yourself.
Do I need to buy the Eight Moments journal separately if I join a cohort?
For Mindset Groups, yes. The daily Eight Moments practice is built into the cohort, and you'll want your own copy of the journal to do it, which you can pick up on Amazon for $38.99. The 1:1 Accelerator is the exception: your journal is included, so there's nothing extra to buy.

How the cohorts run

When do cohorts run, and how long are they?
Cohorts run seasonally, and each one lasts eight weeks with live sessions every other Friday. When one wraps, you are simply invited to the next season, and many members return season after season with a fresh goal and a new accountability match.
Is everything virtual?
Yes. Every session is live and virtual, so you can join from anywhere. Traveling usually doesn't mean missing anything, and between sessions your accountability partner and daily check-ins keep your momentum going.
What happens after the eight weeks?
The cohort ends, but the growth doesn't have to. There is no pressure and no auto-renewal. If the season worked for you, you are welcome back for the next one, and some of our longest-standing members are on their third or fourth cohort.

About Key of Life

Who is this really for?
People working on something real: a personal goal, a creative project, a business, or a professional leap, usually while holding down a job and a full life. If you are tired of putting off the thing you care about, or you want steady accountability you can't quite ask of friends or family, you are exactly who this was built for.
Who is Heba?
Heba Saleh is the founder and CEO of Key of Life Ventures and the author of the Eight Moments journal. She holds a Master's in English focused on Cultural Studies and has spent over 15 years immersed in nutrition, yoga, and movement. She is a Certified Culinary Nutrition Expert, a NASM Certified Personal Trainer, an AIP Certified Coach, and an RYT-550 yoga instructor, and is training as a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (expected 2027). She is also a contributor to George Mason University's Thriving Together Series. After her own journey through postpartum depression, autoimmune challenges, and burnout, she built this whole ecosystem around a single belief: that growth is a living practice, and everyone deserves a container that makes it doable.
