These Terms govern your use of yourkeyoflife.com and your purchase of programs from Key of Life Ventures LLC ("Key of Life," "we," "us"). By using the site or enrolling, you agree to these Terms.
What we offer
Key of Life provides mindset coaching, group programs (Mindset Groups), the 1:1 Accelerator (the cohort with private coaching included), and the Eight Moments journal. Our programs are educational and supportive in nature. They are not medical, psychological, or therapeutic treatment. Please see our Disclaimer.
Enrollment & payment
- Program fees are shown in U.S. dollars and are charged at enrollment through our payment processor, Stripe.
- Mindset Groups runs as an 8-week cohort. The 1:1 Accelerator includes that cohort plus private coaching and runs on the same cohort calendar.
- The Eight Moments journal is required for Mindset Groups and is purchased separately (currently on Amazon). It is included with the 1:1 Accelerator.
- Installment options (such as Klarna or Affirm) are offered through third parties and subject to their terms.
Refund guarantee
14-Day Conditional Guarantee. We want you fully in, not stuck. You may request a full refund if, within 14 days of your cohort's start date, you have (a) attended your first scheduled session and (b) completed your initial assigned tasks and tracking, and it is genuinely not the right fit for you.
The following conditions apply so the guarantee stays fair for everyone:
- Requests must be made in writing to contact@keyoflifeventures.com within the 14-day window.
- One refund per person.
- The Eight Moments journal, purchased separately through Amazon, is subject to Amazon's return policy and is not refundable by Key of Life.
- For the 1:1 Accelerator, the value of any private coaching hours already used is deducted from the refund.
- After the 14-day window, program fees are non-refundable. In cases of genuine hardship, we will always try to work with you in good faith.
Your commitments
To get the most from the program and to keep the space supportive for all members, you agree to attend your sessions, engage honestly, keep what is shared in the group confidential, and treat fellow members and Heba with respect. We may remove anyone whose conduct harms the group, without refund beyond the guarantee terms above.
Scheduling & missed sessions
Sessions are held virtually so you can join from anywhere. If you must miss a session, notes are shared afterward. Sessions are not recorded, to keep the space comfortable and confidential.
Intellectual property
All content, frameworks, and materials provided by Key of Life, including the Eight Moments journal and the Values-Based Decision Matrix, are our intellectual property and are for your personal use. Please do not copy, resell, or redistribute them.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Key of Life is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or participation in our programs. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us for the program in question.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above reflects the latest version.
